This product has over delivered on my expectations. I’ve been working more than normal in front of the computer and I noticed I’d get sluggish and space out a few times a day - hence the reason for the order. Try to be healthy so I’m not into the supplements thing but needed something to help me improve my workday. Could be a placebo effect but I definitely noticed an improvement with the sluggishness which minimized zoning out.
